Well first question.. Under the black wood piece on the passenger's side by the footwell.. I took off the board and on the behind side of it was a black box. about 1.5" high, 8" long and 6" wide.. i know it used to have acell phone wired in and maybe this is the box but thought id check before i yank it out..
Next questions.. behind there i saw a group of wires bound together and they had been cut.. there was a yellow sticker on them and it has i guess a part number... the little yellow sticker reads "porsche 911 645 612 01 leonische drahtwerke gepr,:" dont have any clue what it is just saw they were cut and maybe someone knew what part or something it was by the number given.. well thanks alot guys Danny ------------------ 2 People In The World, Those That Have Porsche's, And Those That Want Porsche's.... Hello
If you have a cabriolet it is the controlunit for the electrohydraulic top. Leonsche Drathwerke are the manufactorer from the wires and in bavaria. That part number is the part number from the wire. You will also find a datestamp and a Ordernumber to identfy the version ( f.e.: ROW or RHD ) Grüsse |
