Bursch muffler for 1980 SC

Which Bursch muffler would be the better for my 1980SC, the BX1114 (for 1974 models) or the BX1124 (for 1975-1977 models) ? The car has SSI headers.

I did buy a Dansk Performance muffler, but it did not come with the weld-on tailpipe and i don't have the time to source it and have it welded on.

dansk is still doing that? I would not go bursch unless you want to buy another muffler in 4-5 years a good amount of them rust out very quickly. they part of the reason I started my business.. Sorry I guess I did not answer your question. If going that route get the one for your car year

I recon I got a good one. 4 years 40k miles and no rust. The paint has long since burned off but it isn't a show car, so no biggie.

10,000 miles a year will definatly keep the condensation down and will hep to not have rusting issues as much but still good luck IMHO
