My Car won't start!!!

Hey,
I'm new to porsches and this forum so i hope you guys can help. I just bought the porsche a couple days ago. knowing that it didn't start and i figured i could fix it, with some help.... question is that whats preventing my porsche from turning over but not starting? As a heads up, water may have gotten into the fuse/relay box. so i no it might be something in there. Im ill equipped to really do anything because i don't have a service manual or anything aside from alot of tools lol. Any wiring digrams, or fuse layouts or even where to start or if any one has had this problem. Anything is appreciated! The car is a '91 911 Carrera.
Thanks!
Falco

Post your location and maybe a local Pelican could help you out.

There are several reasons why a Porsche won't start not the least being the factory alarm.

You need to check for fuel, spark, and air.

Sorry but that's about all I can do over the internet.

Garage
First, check for spark. Pull a plug wire, connect an old spark plug to it, attach the thread to any metal ground in the car with tie wrap, and have an assistant crank the engine while you check for spark on the plug.

Let me think about this a minute

You are comfortable buying a car that doesn't run.
You haven't done basic things like checking for fuel, spark and compression.

hmmmmm
