porsche mechanic alameda, ca

hi all,

my brother in law is looking for a good mechanic for a newer porsche in or around alameda, ca. he keeps getting a cel, and each time its been checked, it comes up an ox sensor. but each time its a different bank. the sensors were recently changed so he'd like to have it checked out.

I would call the guys at Easy and ask them who they would recommend. They've been in the Porsche business for a very long time and should know whom you can trust. As a second option you could call Wevo and ask them who they'd recommend.

If it is a tricky problem, I'd skip all of the interim steps and travel from Alameda either to RMG Enterprises (Bob Grigsby) or to the dealer, Rector Porsche, in Burlingame. Peter Smith is the person to ask for at Rector. He is on the PCA National Tech Committe, and very informed and expert. He is also one heck of a race car driver.
