Hi Gang, After wanting a Porsche since i was a little kid i finally got it. It is a pleasure to be part of such a great group of people. I'm have one problem though. I cant seem to find much info on my car. It is a 89 Silver Anniversary in Metallic Black. Any info from you all would be great or any info from fellow SA owners would be nice. I look forward in meeting up with you all some day. Thank you to Everyone on this board for your help. You all have helped me over the years in one way or another.

Rob, there is a fellow in my area who had a beautiful SA (HAD...He got T-boned a few years back and the car was totalled.) Don't know if the outcome would have been so positive if not for great German engineering)...He goes by "chuckr" here on Pelican. He could probably answer soome of your SA questions. Great guy.

Welcome. Was not aware the anniversaries came in black. Very nice. I am partial to Black Carreras myself. The Seattle contingent is an active lot. Congrats.

All the ones I remember seeing have been a silver with somewhat of a blue tint.

1989 Carrera Silver Anniversary Edition

300 hundred units produced

(60 in Metallic Black and 240 in Metallic Silver).
