Saying re-hi
 

I just re-joined the 911 family when I flew into LAX last Saturday to rescue this '80 SC from being repatriated to Germany. Only a few more days and it would have been auf wiedersehen. Started driving it back the same afternoon, fueled by the bag of chips and 6-pack of root beer the PO thoughtfully provided. I stopped the next day long enough to take a pic parked next to this New Mexico lava field and collect a few chunks of rock, then it was back on the road. I was home in Ohio by Monday night...quite a shakedown run.
