Forced induction is sooooo last season; light weight is the new horsepower... It's considered bad taste to wear an intercooler after Memorial Day.

My project has been going for 13 months. I won't be up to your levels, but I should be at about 550fwhp. The engine's together and the car is ready for the engine (rebuild suspension and brakes). Now I'm working on engine accessories, intercooler, EFI setup, and changing the R&P. I'll need to decide on injectors soon so anyone want to guess hp.

98mm JE pistons, 7.7:1 comp. (measured)
Pauter rods
Stock crank
Heads opened to match Carrera intake
stock Carrera throttle body
Exhaust port cleaned up
Performance valve job by EBS
New stock valves
C2 cams
Twin plug
Full bay intercooler (probably 24x10x3.5)
K27HFS
B&B header
Zork tube after turbo

Hey! We're just in hiding

I ordered up my protomotive stage one a few weeks ago, waiting on Todd to build the pieces

I'll likely be a junior addition to the club, as I'll only be weighing in with the entry level 320+hp of the stage 1, but I'll be there by the end of the summer

In case that anyone is interested,

As we are working on new things the car made 560rwhp@22psi the most we have ever made at this boost level but at high boost 32psi the components dont have what it takes to do it, the set up still is in the car and theres nothing wrong with it.

I am willing to part with

The intercooler that we have, together with a 75mm throddle body (brand new), wiggings clamps, brackets, everything is included also with the custom headers, they will allow to have a turbo mounted at the rear,

Please serious offers ONLY, this set up is good to up to 580rwhp.

I'm here, I'm here. But I'm so happy with the Proto Stage 1 with intercooler that I havn't been dreaming of anything higher.

It looks like the intercooler is designed to mate to a 3.2 intake?
Meaning if I want to use it on a stock 930 manifold, I'll have to redo the end tanks? Do you have the core size & brand for the intercooler?

thanks...

Hey Juan you have not looked at this thread then

"883@5800 Rear Wheel Hp you have to look at this! " He has increased the horsepower even higher since posting.

I'm enjoying driving my car, now that it's set up w/ turbo power. Time to talk is over.

Thanks for the Inf,

all do those may be new news for some they are very old news for me, lets just said that before the driver had his time slip I knew the times already.

Remember that the time to beat is 9.52 for any Street 911, our other 911 from our camp is at 9.76 and is ready to dig even deeper, if theres any 911s outthere that are fast we know about them

Once we finish building our new car the challenge will be up I can assure you that no one 911 will be able to run us, and we will not drive a 911 either.

I'm still lurking around Juan. Sloooowly planning my next upgrades (racing headers, bigger PTE turbo, Protomotive pressure sensing). That should be enough to feed my HP addiction for a very long time. It better, because my pockets are getting more and more shallow

Hey Juan
I am a little confused? Do you work at the track? You said knew the time before he did. Also what are the stats on the 9.52 911?
Where in Florida are you? I have been out of town didnt see your reply for awhile. Keep cranking out the HP

No I don't work at the track but I have a lot of people that has support me from long ago, anytime anything new happens in the Porsche Drag Racing world we know winthin days.

9.52 is for a 100% street legal 911, our other 911 is at 9.76 and working the way into that record, for a tub 911 the time is 9.16

Theres a dozen other people building 911s for drag racing ( well they have been for the last 6 years) but nothing at the table yet.
