Paint 3 pieces wheels?
If they are 1 piece wheel without bolts, I won't ask this question, but they are 3 pieces with so many nuts and bolts. If I don't disassemble them apart, I will be painting the center piece and also all the bolts. Later on when I retorque the bolts, the paint will break.
Is there anyway to paint them nice without disassemble them? Thanks.

Tightening the fasteners will usually break the paint coating underneath. Consider anodizing the wheel center. The variety of colors isn't as wide as powder coating, but a thick coat of paint (powder or otherwise) on wheels prevents observing possible cracking, especially on heavily loaded track-based operating conditions.
