Oil thermostat torque?

I cant seem to find a torque setting for the oil thermostat on the motor or the breather housing cover..
Does anyone know what they are or where to find them?
Thanks
Keith

Send a message via AIM to Gogar
IIRC It's 8.1 ft/lbs for both the thermostat nuts and the breather cover.

It is on page 200 of Wayne's Engine Rebuild book. Why can I remember that, though?

Thanks for the help. Sounds like I need to add that book to my collection. None of the others have that spec listed.
