New Dizzy, tach goes to 4k when starting
Hi guys, I've been chasing problems on my 87 930 to get it to start. New plugs, wires, distributor, and permatune CDI. An interesting thing happened though, when i cranked it for the first couple times the BOSCH CDI the tach registered 4500 rpm, but didn't start. With the Permatune CDI the tach doesn't really move, it does ignite a few cylinders but will not run.
