Has anyone ever left their copper oiltubes (thermostat to cooler) bare
Bare and shining (at least for a couple of days). Just wondering about this. The car is Weissgold

Paint them with some clear spray paint and they will actually stay looking good!

They're actually bronze and/or brass, not copper. I shine mine, because I have removed the lower rocker panel and they're exposed. Looks good, I think.
