New clutch throwout bearing *pop* sound

Last week I got my flywheel, clutch disc, pressure plate, pilot & throwout bearing, helper spring, fork, and clutch cable installed, all new. There was lots of clutch judder until I got the cable adjusted properly.

Well, after getting rid of the judder there is now a popping / clicking sound coming from the bellhousing. About halfway in clutch pedal travel (disengaging clutch) the sound is heard and can be felt in the pedal. It feels like something is getting jammed and then "hopping" over. There is also a slight vibration in the pedal (always and only present with engine running). The sound and "jamming" are present with engine off/on, but will sometimes disappear for a minute or two and then return.

In neutral: if the sound happens, if you stop the pedal in its last 10% of travel when engaging the clutch, there is an awful rattle.

The cars drives & pulls nice, but this sound & feeling are obviously not right. I will have to drop the motor again this weekend (daily driver). In my uneducated opinion I'm guessing it's TOB related. Any thoughts?

Bump. Anybody have some ideas on what's going on and what I should look for when dropped?

Sounds like the cable is touching the accelerator cable in the tunnel existing the rear entering the front compartment, the clutch cable needs free play, or bow, upright, with no contact with anything else. I've been through this and it it is a pain to indentify, if all pedal bushings are good just adjust the clutch cable to make sure it is touching nothing going through the tunnel from the rear forward. Sounds to me either not enough bow in the cable itself or it is touching the accelerator cable. If all is new and replaced return it who did the the work and simply state what I have mentioned, he should fix it, it is very simple yet comlex at the same time, if I was there I could show what needs to be done, unless you have a fork issue which I dont't think you have.
