I've ordered all my Interior and Carpet from Bob. He has even gone out of his way to make me special order and replacement pieces I needed. His products are the best I've ever seen and always fit perfectly. I can not say enough about his company, his work, and his customer service. He does business like people used too, honorably, honestly, and with exceptional concern for his customers satisfaction. Many others could learn a lot from Bob.

I bought a RS door panel from Bob and after a year, one of the pull loop frayed and broke b/c it was rubbing. I called him up to ask for a replacement and he sent me a pair at no charge!!!

To stop mine from fraying, I coated a portion with epoxy and it held since.

But what a service!!!

Two thumbs up from me too, Bob and his crew are the best. They do what they promise for a fair price, and go above and beyond to help with the "out of the ordinary". A great company to deal with.
