Window trim interchangebility
 

Does anybody know if the windshield, 1/4 windows and rear window seals are interchangeable between a 911(1978) and a later 964 or 993?
I would love to be able to get away from the stock aluminum trim.

:mad: They are not interchangeable. Front and rear windshield rubber will not fit the same w you current windows. Quarters are totally different size and shape. Sorry. I could not find any other options for my 79 either. Can leave quarter trim out and fill gap w sealent of choice. No other good options for front. BTW I have new seals as you mentioned sitting in my garage happy to send to anybody who wants them:(

I started a thread about installing 964 seals in my '88 a couple years ago. I think the consensus was that if you bought a 964 windshield, it would work. A few got their original glass to fit.
