hey guyz my old brother had a 911 3.2 85 in that didn't work for long time (4 years) but b4 that was working good . i told him im gona bring some good mechanic friend and restor the car...at 1st it didn't start and after small check it was the coil so i bought the coil and we assumed every other thing is working and started removing the engine replace any old or broken parts (not allot the pulse senders /spark plugs/all the filters ) back and started the car and it started..now the real problem started....the car have hunting problem but no black smock ...total misfire when you start accelerating that the car can't go over 3000 rpm because its start a misfire party sounds like tatatatata..so i tryed to search the net and lots of ppl say the o2 sensor so i tryed to locate the sensor and the surprise that i don't have one i even don't have a place for it in the mufflers even that i know the muffler is original and was not changed plus the head temp sensore not working...so i contacted some mechanic that work in porsche and he told me that the sensors cant coz this problem you have to check dme..i want to check the Dme but it cost 150 $ plus towing charge 30 $...cant i do any test at home that may tell if its a dme problem or cant i remove the dme and take it to the workshop without the whole car or do i have to replace the sensors or what??

After sitting all that time it could just be an injector problem. I have read a few threads where the injectors were sticking and causing problems. dmcummins had a problem with his engine swap running rich and I believe he found it to be an injector problem. Oxygen sensor mainly works for idle. You can do a search and see what others have done to check the injectors.

I am going to have +1 on the injectors. I am not sure where your from but There are a few companies here state side that will sonic clean and the flow test injections.

You should consider getting the injectors professionally cleaned...
Just taking them out to clean them is not enough.

They need to be run on a special machine to clean and check their function.

Injectors are really little valves that open and close electronically.
If the internal coils are bad the mechanic should be able to confirm this.

Hope it works out OK.

I've had luck with stuck injectors by carefully tapping on them with a wood dowel and hammer. Not beat, tap. Worked on a car I had sitting for a year. That's not to say that a proper cleaning is not in order. Costs about $140 at Witchhunter or similar outfit.

If the engine is running you can determine if the injectors are stuck. Get a mechanic stephtoscope or a long screw driver. place the end of the stephtoscope or screw driver on top of each injector and listen for a buzzing sound. If they are buzzing they are fine, if they are not buzzing you just found your problem.

You could also have some other problems with the car such as vacuum leaks.
