Vacuume line. Where to hook back?

Hello experts,

The speed control on my 1984 911 Carrera stopped working after a friend replaced a tank oil line. After poking around a bit I found a vac. line disconnected on the car. I have included two pictures, one where I can see it attaches to the small valve near the oil tank cap. And one of the line length. (laying across my targa top) Can anyone tell me where the other end connects? (runs to back of engine)

Thanks

On the lower back side of the throttle body is a heat activated valve with two plastic ports which this hooks into. Its hard to see but you can feel it there. This is what I remember?

Make sure that the hose is not hard/brittle or it will come back off. While you are back there, check the "U" shaped hose that feeds vacuum to the thermo-switch you will be reconnecting too. That little u-hose is HARD to see and get to but mine was pure vacuum leak from heat & age cracks/splits.

Today I got to inspect the vac. line. Yes ... the U shaped hose is completely missing. Anxious to see if the car runs any better when I get them both replaced and hooked up.

Thanks
