WTB protectors under door handle

WTB the plastic protectors that fit in the hollow under the 911 door handle. These were sold some years back I believe by one of the aftermarket sources, but I have not been able to find them now. The ones I have for my 912 are black with a pebble grain and snap into the door handle hole. Or does anyone know who is selling them now???. Thanks Lynn

Nobody, NLA, performance products used to sell them years ago but since quit. There was a thread about a year ago several pelicans were looking for them checked with all the retailers and nobody has them.

buy some of the clear body tape (aka Helicopter Tape) and lay it in there. If you have a heat gun (or hot hair dryer) you should be able to fit the contour of the recess pretty nicely.

They were made in the early 80s by armador. I did a google search but it was fruitless.

Clear bra material is the 'modern' version...

PM me if you want some to try out...I'll send you some scraps you can trim with scissors and stick in the cups.

And the Dow Jones index then was near 14K. Today the DJI is less than 8K. Please look at the date on the package:

I believe they cost me more than $20 for these 10 years ago. And willing to sell at reasonable price plus shipping.

Tony

I bought mine sometime before you bought yours and still they shouldn't have been much over 20 bucks the dow and prices do not corrolate just look at gas and oil. Perf. Products (now automotion) would probably give you what they retailed for then if you called them.
