Tire Pressure Monitors

I have a 2007 GT3 which comes with tire pressure monitors. However, when my tires are properly inflated (29/33) the pressure monitor reads about 5 lbs. low and the warning lights on the dash display indiate that I have a flat tire. I have gone to all my local dealers and none hav a fix. I have even written to Excellence and they just said go to the dealers. Well, that has beeen no help. So do any of you have a soloution to this problem (apparently similar with any Porsche TPM, just like their speedometers).

You may want to try asking on rennlist.com, they have a 997 GT3 specific forum. They are probably more knowledgeable about the newer models.

Wow, drop that kind of coin on a car and the dealer isn't more helpful? Seems like they should be able to escalate the issue to a regional manager and on until someone within Porsche can address the problem.

Have your dealer remove the sensors from your wheesl and have them unbead the spare drop them in and pop... Should work fine, havent tried it with porsche sensor but with others!
Good luck!
