newbie question on ride height
 

My sc is sagging in the rear and I am looking to lower the front to help level out the car. i.e .5"-.75" I am not interested in the euro ride height as I don't want the bump steer and other related issues with curbs and dips. I was planning on lowering the front according to the 101 projects and have the car aligned. Will I also have to worry about camber and uneven tire wear in the front if I do this? If so what will I need to do as I don't want to open a can of worms.

Lowering will increase camber & slightly change toe but if you are having an alignment done after it is a non-issue. The bigger question is why is your rear sagging? Probably worn springplate bushings . . .

I have used this manual to lower and align my 1976 911s several times with great success. It also gives you a great insight on the 911 suspension. There are also many searchable threads in this board on lowering and alignment.
