A decal that asks police to please pull you over (TRUE!).

You can now request that you be given front and rear window stickers that let a police officer pull your car over between the hours of 1 and 5am. The idea is that you car is not supposed to be out at that time of night, so the driver might need to be checked. Jw |

Great program if the let the police officers in on it. I went through all the hassle of going downtown and registering my cars, got the stickers, put em on. I asked an officer if he had stopped any of the stickers out at night. He didn't have a clue as to what they were! Good idea, poor execution.
