No, I was just doing some early morning surfing and saw that it was in your realm of Kalifornia.

Oh, Long Beach, NY never mind then! I guess that it never dawned on me that it could be one of the other Long Beaches.

That is not too far off mine, 304065. Won't have much change from a $100,000 bill.

Ron, WHAT new garage? Did you go all out and WIDEN yours to ONE bay?

Looks like a "field" find. No thanks.

There's a Long Beach in FL, too.

Bought another house in LB 6mo ago. 80'x100' lot, real nice house/ central air etc, old beat 1.5 external garage. Paid 15% under Nassau Co tax assessment.

She lives in new house I live in old. I ain't moving unless my crap can come with me. Will have plenty of secure storage for visiting 911s & owners.

In zoning board now for 825 sq ft, 3 car, 10' high garage door & double 8', radiant heat, 100 amp 220v, and costing big bucks.

No big ride this spring as I hope to get this built then.. with a little help from my friends on planning.

I hooked up with a high end LI builder with all kinds of idle big equipment who seems thrilled to do this kind of boy toy. He started talking about the trick garage he just built for his father-in-law for suggestions. If times were good he wouldn't even give me time of day. Have construction pro friends around to watch the build etc.

Thx guys

I need the 10' garage door to put a cross country van in. No way bride will ever ride with me. She doesn't like the 911. She could drive the van and I could drive the toy. Then we'll meet at the end of the day and leave after morning coffee..
She's a forest camper also. She's fun to meet.

actually I'm building an old age home for me and my toys.

and thx to billyboy for the hijack

country wide.. just saying Long Beach is like just saying Long Island. There are a few LI's around the US but you would probably register LI NY.

this just cracked me up

Ron, you might call Wayne Vitale, www.portconstruction.net, you prob know Wayne from PCA club racing and AXing, he's got it bad, and is in the construction biz on LI.

Let me know when you break ground, I could grab Billy and head out, I am good at standing around with a beer in my hand saying things like, "Wow" and "Holy S***," etc when it comes to new construction. Lifts, white epoxy floors, overhead crane for engine drops, high performance lighting, engine building cleanroom/break area are all things I dream about.
