Another "Great Customer Service" Thread
My '73.5 engine was missing the thermostat-side bracket that holds the CIS up in the air -
part # 91111013301. So, on a whim, instead of going to D.A.R.T., I looked on Pelican. The part was available, but was one of those "only in Germany" parts. I received a customer service email, stating that instead of $9.00, my part would be $10.80, and would take up to 3 weeks to be delivered. I replied YES go ahead, and today it showed up, priority mail. But it's only been 5 days. Pretty sweet!!!!!!

You can thank Thomas who is invisible to us. But he personally places the orders with the various vendors. No matter what the catalog says, he gets you the best of all worlds.
