I have an 85 Targa with a L999 YZ posted on the sticker. I can't find the info regarding the color for this anywhere. I was told it was CHampagne by the PO. Did I read you can send your vin to Porsche and they provide the original Codes and colors and such? Where do I write to? I appreciate any information. the L999 specifies a custom paint. Getting a COA from PCNA is no guarantee that they will be able to give you the correct color. See what additional info you can get from the PO, that may be your best bet. If you were able to contact the selling dealer, that may also be rewarding.

Maybe a zinc metallic.
