G series fenders backdating
Hi,
Is it possible to backdate G series 911 fenders ? Maybe there is someone in the market who provides front bottom steel panels for early indicators which could be welded to newer fenders. Regards Marcin

Yes, it's possible and there are a few threads which show how others have done it. Basically it requires welding on the front parts of long hood fenders to the current fender. Other than fiberglas reproduction fenders, I am not aware of any aftermarket supplier of just the grille opening/turn signal portion of long hood fenders, so sacrificing the part from an old fender is necessary, as far as I know.
Check out this thread: Late 74' up to Early 69'-73' fender conversion thread
