Tenax fastener question

Hey Pelicans,
Can anyone answer a question regarding tonneau or cab boot "tenax" fasteners?
How can I tell if I have the "German" tenax fasteners or the "English" tenax fasteners?
I know there is a size difference; so can anyone point me in the right direction in making a determiniation on what is currently on my car, (male fastener portion) so I will know the correct (German v English) female receiver to order from the distributor.
I very well realize that I am setting myself up for all kinds of double entendre responses. So go ahead, let em fly...Just someone please answer the question!

The male portion looks pretty different. On the German one the ball looks pretty round while on the English version it's a bit more egg-shaped. There are dimensional differences as well. Look here:

Hope this helps!

I just bought two replacement Tenax fasteners and the "wrench" using the link provided above. I'd had two fasteners fail--unfortunately on the same side of the boot cover--and wanted to replace them. The fasteners described as for "Audi" are a great fit and work well with the Tenax studs installed on my car. The Audi fasteners are a black anodized, flat top, and a little cheaper.

Thanks for posting the link to the supplier.

David
