Anyone heard of this Porsche Turbo tuner?

This showed up by a local member and an event a few months ago. It is an RST 600. They didn't seem to want to spend much on the badging

Excellence Mag did a write-up on a Roock 911 turbo several months ago. I liked the minimalist approach they took in the way the car looked.
