3.2 stalled Help

Out for a normal drive and the engine just stopped. Battery good, engine cranks, getting spark, lite smell of fuel but it won't start. Although I don't think the dme is dead nor the relay I am ordering a new relay and fuel pump relay and possibly coil to further eliminate them from any future question. I have attached a picture. There is a plug that I have never seen before that was hanging and touching the valve cover. It has a yellow/black and brown wire and they are round female receivers. WHERE does this go? Could this be a reason it won;t start? The best I could come up with, is it is some sort of testing plug that was just sittiing there. The only yellow/black wire I could see in any diagram in the engine compartment, is for air sensing.. but where does this go? I can't find the male end to this anywhere! One last thing, while sitting and waiting for the tow, after about 45 minutes, the engine DID start and idle for about 20 seconds before stalling out again. HELP!

That plug goes to the heater blower motor in the engine compartment. Has nothing to do with the car starting. Check your fuses, DME relay. The DME relay is your fuel pump relay. Make sure your coil wire is connected. Then if still not start I would suspect the flywheel sensors.

This same thing happened to me recently.
It was the DME relay.
