				i tried most everything

I replaced the relay, the turn signal stalk, i've grounded each bulb individually. my turn signals will not flash!! they light up only when the parking lights are on (no flash), and the hazards only work with the parking lights on. I'm at the end of my rope.

Hey, I had a similar prob, the fuses had corrosion on the contact points. Polished them with scotchbrite and prob solved. eric

How about the hazard switch and you might take a look at the headlight switch as they are all wired together so to speak

I dont think so. I would replace the switches and then if it is not the culprit then you switch it back out and have a new spare for a 20 year old switch that will sooner or later fail I am in that process with my 33 year old electrical components unfortunately I am not getting any spares.

I had a somewhat similar problem. If I remember it correctly; After exhausting all the usual stuff; I started tracing the issue at the fuse box under the hood. I found my turn signals were only getting power when my park lights were on. The park light circuit was feeding current back across the fuse block into the turn signal circuit. After pulling the fuses, I was able to see I had no power to the fuse block for the turn signals. I traced the turn signal power wire (by the color) from the fuse block to the light switch (or perhaps it was: fuse block > turn signal switch > light switch). I found the light switch had many piggy backed connectors and the PO must have put the turn signal power on the wrong one (i.e. park light power instead of key-on power). It's all a bit fuzzy, but I hope this helps,
