Oil breather hose 2.2 engine

Ok, since Tonythetarga has confirmed the engine that's in my '75 (1971 2.2) I now have another question.

The oil breather hose is leaking (hell, wiggle it and it's "squishy" with oil) at the connection with the oil breather outlet housing. I've just placed a pretty large (for me) order with our host, and probably should have bought a replacement hose. Since I didn't, I'm wondering about hose options from the local auto parts stores. Can anyone suggest a cheap hose solution that will work for this application? Has anyone done this?

Engine will probably be rebuilt in the fall, but I want to drive this car all summer, so a temporary fix will work for now.

Thanks!
