Post Early Driving Lights

I'm heading for the Stoddard Porsche swap meet this weekend. One item on my shopping list is the factory driving lights that fasten to the horn grills. I want something that would have been an option in 1971. What am I looking for and are there reproductions? Also, what all do I need for a complete setup (i.e. wiring harness, correct dash switch, etc.). Finally, what's a reasonable price on these? Thanks!

Should be printed up in book form. Title "everything you wanted to know about thru the grill fog & driving lights."

IMHO you won't find them for what most people 'round these parts would consider a "reasonable price"

I think you're looking at $600+ for a complete setup. The driving light version of the Hella 118 is exceedingly rare also: you are much more likely to come across fog lights than driving lights.

Good luck though!

Unhappy

Whoops..I made a computer neophyte goof. The paste above only gets you to the discussion board. Click on the "thru the grille fog lites" post and you'll be there. The other thing...your '71 came with chrome metal horn grilles...cut down & chromed by the factory. Good luck finding those...
