Can anyone recommend a good shop for a PPI in San Francisco please? It's for a 1999 996.

cheers

I might suggest Peter Smith at Rector Porsche near the SF airport. Peter is in charge of the PCA tech committee. He is also extremely well informed.

If you call Rector, make sure you ask for Peter to be the tech. You can find his contact info in Pano or at pca.org. If for some reason he isn't available and/or cannot do a PPI at the dealer, I might suggest that you go 30 min south of SFO to RMG Enterprises/Bob Grigsby.

Jasper:

I had a PPI done on my '89 targa at S-Car-Go, just north of SF in Marin Co. Rob King and his guys did a great job.

Cheers,
