Little light by handbrake

Can anyone tell me what this is for? I assume a handbrake on warning light? Anyone have a pic or link to the cover that should be over it? Thanks.

Great, thank you. Ha, as I look at the pic I'm embarrassed at how dirty it looks! My first Porsche so trying to figure out what is what. I think I'll start by cleaning!

First look under the seats and carpets for the cover. Gravity you know.

Then you should know the little barb/clips are virtually worthless. Before you muddle with it, make sure the bulb works when you pull the two heater levers up. With the key on, you should hear the blower motor in the engine compartment.

If you don't get heat with the motor running and the levers up, well it gets more complex, but completely DIY repairs.

BTW, is that black electrical tape around the hand brake handle?
