First Engine Drop......

Hey all I just wanted to share with you my first engine drop. Going to tackle the rust I found and (hopefully) fix some of the oil leaks I had. Only Casualty was the Hard oil line. Too many horror stories and it was frozen solid....so I cut the rubber part. All in all about 3hours for my first engine drop...not too bad. All done by myself in a one car garage.

Good job! What rust?

The rear deck and rear seats were rusted out......thats what started all this mess. Now i have a long block that i gotta clean the heck out of.
