3.2 Carrera Engine Mount Question?
I have the Cabriolet engine mount assembly on my '77 3.2 conversion. I want to change it to the solid coupe style mount. I need to know if the mounting assembly (both the part that bolts to the engine case and the crossmember) is unique to the 3.2 or if the earlier 3.0 mount will work. Are the mounting points the same or different for these two engines? What year did they switch to threaded holes on the crossmembers?
