How to: Connect Clutch Cable to Release?

Can anyone post a picture showing how the clutch cable connects to the release fork on a 69? I am guessing that this is the same from 65 - 69 although I am not sure about this.

I have two of these 69's and they have everything I see in the parts diagram but I just can't see how the cable connects to the release fork. Can anyone explain or send a pic?
