Need a home mechanic in DC
Hey Everyone,
I would love to learn more about my Porsche and also need a bunch of work done. I have a little mechanic experience but I'm an amature at best. So I was wondering if anyone is willing to come to my house in Washington DC and help me work on my car. Maybe over a few Sundays. I can provide food and brew if your interested. I would obviously pay for your tI'me and experience. I have a lot of tools and would be willing to buy any tools we may need if you don't have your own. I have a garage to work in so rain is no problem. Somethings I need done, replace my csi air-box, put on my SSI's and muffler, maybe help me lower to euro hight, and if you see anything else that need to be done. Like valves or tune up. Thanks for all your help in advance. Seymore

Recommend becoming a member (free) on the "dorkiphus" site (dedicated site for Northern VA/Southern MD Porsche fanatics), as well as continue to research your projects here on Pelican.
http://www.dorkiphus.net/ If you don't get a response to your request to have people stop by to help out, you could always stop by other owner's places to sit in/help out, have a beer... as they do work on their cars (learn from their mistakes ![]() Its a good crew. I'm a little out of the way to help out (and up to my ears in my current 911 projects...). Good luck, Gordo
