Yet ANOTHER Brake Thread, Fronts for Carrera

In looking through many of the brake threads I see a lot of very complex information/ solutions. In an effort to clear the confusion I am hoping there is a simple, off the shelf solution for my wants. I have an 88' Carrera w/ Fuchs 16x7 front and 16x8 rear.
What "bolt-on" front brake caliper/rotor upgrade can I make to the car?

First you need to state what your plans are. If its just normal street use, properly maintained factory brakes are more than enough.

That's an excellent point.
The car sees street use, however will see DE events in the future. My longer term plans consist of maintaining the car's stellar stock looks but making behind-the-scenes improvements. Improvements being the key word, not mods, not customization.
The stock brakes are indeed great. Is there a "bolt-on" solution that is even better?

Use brake fluid with higher wet/dry boiling temp. specs.

Bolt on the 993 air deflectors.

Install proper air ducting to the brakes.

Thereafter, it can get expensive, perhaps not cost effective for the intended application other than bragging/rationalization rights.
