Question Mounting front oil cooler !!! up position ???

I want to mount the oil cooler (which is now under the car) in front of the air intake.
Is there a particular way to install the cooler?Up or down position? Oil flow concern ?
Thank you
Pierre

I may be wrong, but believe that unit is not a oil cooler but part of your AC system.

Check in your right front wheel well just forward of the tire to see what type of engine oil cooler you have. I'm guessing you have something called a "trombone cooler," recognized as about two loops of 1" brass tubing.

Maybe you're lucky and have a more efficient "Carrera cooler."

Eyeball the system to make sure the supply tubes aren't crushed and that the thermostat opens when the car is warm. Use the search tab at the top of this thread and search out more info on your type of cooler and how to improve it.
