The GE60 cams can't help the MPG given the overlap. You're most likely flushing quite a bit of fuel (relatively speaking)out the exhaust at part throttle.
BTW - I get a consistent 20 MPG with my 2.0E with MFI. |
How about those GE60 cams, folks? Not going to help him get good mileage....

We adjusted the compression by adding a thicker cylinder base gasket. We had first calculated the compression, but when we assembled the engine, we carefully filled the combustion champer with oil messuring how much it would hold before it was full. In that way we could se what the actual compression would be - 10.2
The GE60 cams should be pretty simular to an S-cam. But even though the engine is 3.0 liter, the power really doesen't come on before past 4500 rpm.. Jtkkz -> Wow! That is even worse! |
