Anyone have a pic from the trunk (passenger side) of the dome light (door open/brown) wiring connector. My car has always had a short in that wiring so I ran a new one to the connection in the trunk - when I tried it out the door open buzzer just kept going, but no dome light.
Any help appreciated. A small thing but it's always bugged me.
Here's a pic of the connector from an '85 that another Pelican posted - quite a bit different than the '84. Seems to incorporate both the door open (brown) and always on (black) wiring.
