Air Flow Meter, mounting and vibration
 

Anyone had an issue with engine vibration messing up air flow meter function and causing a misfire?

Particularly if the stock airbox has been removed and a K&N installed.

Any advice on adding mounts to the AFM to provide support w/o the airbox.

Put the factory air box back on. The K&N will not help performance and it just lets more dirt into the engine. The factory box is very solid.

What...and give up on the awesome power gains!!!

Actually, I might. But I like the access afforded by the k&n.
