What's this bracket called?
 

Can anyone tell me what this bracket is called? I've been all through the parts list on this site and can't figure out what this is called and what the part number is to order one. It holds the bottom of the window guide on the drivers side. It is broken, as you can see and the small window (what I would normally call a vent window) moves back and forth now.
