fuchs wheels question

I know that it has been covered here before. but I have 2 questions.
1 how do I know if I have original fuchs wheels? I have a 74 911 with pics that I have put on here before. I found some other rims that I was considering

2 would wider wheels/tires make the car really hard or ridiculous to handle?
just throwing some ideas in my head. since I am hardly ever happy with anything..
always wanting more or something different. anyways thanks

If your fuchs are original, they'll have these part numbers in the rear.
Hope this help

Having a 74 narrow body car, you will be limited in the width of the wheels to 7" for all practical purposes--you can go wider, but that will involve some suspension/fender mods.
As far as handling, wider will not make it hard or ridiculous especially since it looks like you already have 7" on the rear. 7's on the front will add a bit of low speed turning effort, but that should be unnoticed when on the road.

Doesn't answer your question but still interesting.

I will have to look to see if there are any part numbers. would the number be on the inside or outside of the wheel? I appreciate your responses

Fuchs also have their Logo on the back.

It's a stylized fox head that looks like a triangle with a face in it. (Fuchs is 'fox' in German).

BTW, a single Fuchs is still a Fuchs, not Fuch (which would be like spelling 'fox' as 'fo'.)
