Bumper to Body Rubber Fixing Question

I have purchased the Wurth Rubber Adhesive, and glued the rubber strips under the front fenders and rear three quarters (below the indicator housings).

Question - do I also glue the rubber strips to the bumper, or just press fit the bumper against the rubbers when tightening up the mounting bolts ?

I replaced mine, too... Of course, no bumper drop and certainly no glue...press fit.
