Not a euro...no headlight vacuum adjust knob that I know of...the red "dot" to the left of the light switch is what's left of the Clifford alarm removed by the PO...

Don't know for sure...but it is a matte texture...PO had the car completely repainted (original color) as part of an insurance claim...wind/ sand/ pebble damage...all new glass, rubber, weatherstripping...just before I bought it! BTW, I left the Clifford switch there...covers a hole nicely... BEFORE: .    NOW:
