Interior openings
Those round and oblong holes that are at floor level in my 75 911 do they need to be plugged or left open. Nothing in them when carpet was removed.

If you mean the round, silver dollar sized holes in the floor pan, then definitely they should be plugged. They are sealed at the factory with metal disks that are glued in. You should have no openings in the floor pan to the outside. If you look under the car at the pan, you will see a series of small holes down the middle of the car--they should be plugged with rubber plugs too.
