Will this ECU work with my 3.2litre?

I have got a 911 3.2litre (1989) engine that needs a new ECU.
I came upon an ECU with part# 911.618.124.02 that is for sale, but I'm not sure if it works with my engine.
The ECU was taken out of a 964, but according to the chart at http://www.programainc.com/doc/Porsche.html looks like it might work?

I don't think so. According to that table, you need "911 618 111 14, 20, TX, 142x".

The 964 was first delivered as an 89 model year, which is why that dme would list as working from 89 on. The 964 DME will not work on a 3.2, the harness connector is not even remotely similar. What is wrong with yours?
