Which crank pulley?

Which size crank pulley do I want for my 2.7RS spec rebuild... a 116 or 127? I have updated the fan to an 11 blade model. I want to get rid of the double pulley, and make sure that it is correctly sized. Photo below....

The 116mm is what was used on all of the early engines up to 77 as far as I know.

Here's my second question

Now I'm really stumped. My fan pulley appears to be solid... With a solid fan pulley and a solid crank pulley, how do you adjust the tension? I'm familiar with the two piece pulleys that you add or remove shims to, but not the solid one. What gives?

No idea. Never seen that. I have seen a LOT of fans. The only time I have seen the solid fan pulley is with a serpentine conversion with a tensioner.

I would just convert to the regular two piece.

That extra pulley on the fan is to drive the stock air pump. If you have an aux oil cooler then I would think the 116mm crank pulley will work fine.

DOH!!! I get it now... I've never seen this motor fully assembled. The fan belt rides in the "v" formed by the front of the fan and the back of the solid pulley. Now if I can just locate a single crank pulley, and single fan pulley, I can ditch a complete set of pulleys!!! thanks, Fast Corners!
