Trans Mounting Bolt Gone ?

I am going over the car after a DE. The left side trans mounting bolt and washer is gone
Maybe 2,500 Miles since I checked it last. No other indication, car was great on the way to the track and back.

The other is 1/2 Thread turn loose

Is this common? is loctite the answer? any tips on preventing this?

It happens, especially with a lot of torque as in doing DE or spirited driving.

Loctite helps after you get new hardware.

My shifting would be a little off when on the track, when this would happen. I bet you're used to it now, but will feel a difference with a new bolt.
