set timming,before valve adjustment ??
Being that I have a newer top end on a 81' 3.0 with 964 cams,..and the timing has been set ..BUT !! not dialed in perfectly,would that have anything to do with a bit of a valve train tick,..and puffs of smoke at start-up,..It only puffs when not sitting dead level and just on occasion,but the valve tick bugs me ??
